I firmly believe there has to be intelligent life, apart from bullet man (hows it hanging mate, need the tweezers yet on these cold mornings?)somewhere but I don`t think a Deputy Sheriff at 1am would be a good target.
My thought would be the Deputy, not even a Sheriff, hit a post and came up with this story of " alien space ship did it"
