The freeview we have here in Australia does not give any sports channels,not at the moment anyway.We have been given about 10 new channels for free,once you have converted over to digital television.We have to purchase a T.V that is digital or buy a set top box for our existing analogue T.Vs.The government plans to supply set top boxes for those who cant afford one.All analogue T.Vs will be phased out by the year 2012.
