My tenants are lazy, never clean the house, live dirty, now they bring the bed bug into my house. Now they got bite and complain about it. I am so mad, because it will cost a lot of money to clean out these bugs, but I still hold my anger, to find the way to control this problem. I told them to pack their stuffs, and bring the clothes out, wash it, and make sure to empty the house, so people can come to spray to kill the bugs. Or they can find a new place to live, I don't stop them. The fun

if they are not on a leases,i would give them 30 days to get out,or when ever the lease is expired.....they are lowering the value of your property, and god knows the reat estate market is doing a good job at that..........it's just not worth the headache....
