Emotional intelligence can promote your well being and quality of life. It is the intelligence to know yourself and your emotions well enough to see and act in a behavior that benefits your core values and goals and reflect your true intentions in a honest and assertive manner. Emotional intelligence helps you cope with Life and I believe it needs the skills of insight,self control, communication, knowledge of triggers and belief filters in your personality. etc. This is only my opinion and I an not a expert or professional in any way or that I claim to have this character aspect.
