The Q: How to go about learning more about Permanant Disability.

My Son Hasn't been with his Co. for very long but he was doing so so good and still is regardless of his health condition. ( He is so ill. he is now waiting for a Kidney transplant and also is on a list for a Pancriest(sp) transplant. He is still working because he is the only provider for he and his Wife (who also cannot work due to her health) I believe that she too should try for some kind of assistance. But they don't know the first thing about how to go about it. Please , Please HELP menmy32deuce@yahoo.com

Your son and daughter-in-law should talk to their respective doctors in order to find out if they are eligible for any disability or federal assistance.

Right because it's the doctor who has to list them as disabled.
