        This looks like another language, but once I stared at it I found out it's English.

        The problem is they have two different email accounts and they can't get into them. They left their email addresses and password in the question..

        My suggestion to you would be to try to sign in and when you can't you can ask your email service provider to send you the information you need... This is only my guess on your garbled question, sorry If I mistranslated it.
