How can you put a different cylinder in a different engine. Unless it is a "sleeved" engine (and even then it is not worth it) the cylinder is PART OF the engine block and thus basically the engine itself. So "no" on the cylinder.
The head is a possibility, if the blocks are identical, the valve train the same, and compression ratio comparible.
The piston is a likely no - unless the two engines use EXACTLY the same piston (very unlikely). Generally you don't want to re-use a piston anyway, unless it is completely re-spec'd, thoroughly cleaned and rebuilt. You will have to figure out the specifics.
