      I used to drive from Spencer, WV to Lakeland in roughly 18-19 hours so, just guessing about 25-27 hours maybe a little longer depending on how many times you stop and how long your stops are mine was straight through except for necessary stops.

        According to mapquest.com, it is 917 miles and 14 hours 19 minutes, if you go I-64 East, I-77 South to Columbia, I-26 East, and I-95 South. It says it's 15 minutes longer, if you take US-19 for the first 23 miles.
