In most case if your bore,that because you run out of thing to do.
So then why are not looking for something you can do,surely there must be something in this big wide world you can do?

Many things, read books, I love to read, work out, yoga, play games on computer or on Direct TV. I love doing math equations and formulas. Trivia etc. I used to love to play chess, but my son's not home now to play with, can't wait till he come back home.

boredom is a spiritual issue we try to fill it with materalism and self indulgence, reading or any thing that elaborates the brain is always a good way to fill that void and maybe a little salt water fishing..

I'm never bored so I really can't answer this. Bored means everything you know you can do is not exciting at the moment. If you can't think of what to do and we don't know what you like to do, then it's hard to answer this.
