    I had to set my pc to factory settings and have lost hundreds of photo's. can i get them back? please help

    they were not saved on external drive and there isn't a restore point available

      sorry to hear that if you have set factory settings means back to factory basics like you only get manufacturers display icons installed i hope i am wrong good luck.

        all you have to do is call the factory and tell them the problem and they can insert a virus intothe computer retrieving it and then place it on a flash drive . but they possible may not be able to sorry if they can't .
