    The administrative part of organization efficiency can be accomplished with a computer program, add all your information into a program such as excel , push the sort button and start organizing.

    The nice part of excel i like, is the hyper link feature that can be added to your excel program and link the excel to any location on your computer to organize, it is fast and easy.
