Think "Silver". Anything that is silver is considered the 25th Wedding Anniversary gift. A silver platter engraved with your names and wedding date could be used when company comes for dinner. Or a silver gravy boat for Thanks giving dinner. Or even a silver vase for beautiful flowers that you give your wife on special occasions.
