    my car has just been towed away, i not got cash to get back can i sell it to a trader and can they get it out

      You can sell your car if someone will buy it. If it stays in impound 30-90 days depending on laws in your area the impound lot will sell it and the difference between what they get and what they charge for storage will be billed to you and sent to a collection agency if not paid which will affect your credit and keep your phone ringing. If it's a nice car sell it if it's not give it away.

        Yes U can sell it to a trader, after signing the title over to him making him the valid owner, he would just go to where the car is and pay the storage fees and any other costs.
