why cannot hotmail 'find server'?

No problem with internet but Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Goodle Chrome cannot find hotmail.

Some of the browsers are not compatible with all emails. I cannot use my email system from the local cable company with Mozilla, so I stick to Internet Explorer even if it is slower.
