My doctor told me to use vaseline petrolium jelly or vitamin E capsules. Stick a pin in them and squeeze out the vitamin E. But I noticed they have vitamin E creams now that are not as sticky as the real stuff. I wish I could say my scars look great but I guess they could look a lot worse. Make sure you keep them from getting to much sun. The new creams have sunblock in them, which is really good.
