      should be a simple adjustment.Sounds like the motor is switching off too early when it is engaged by remote.There is probably a sticker with the installers name somewhere on it.They will know how to adjust it.

        There are synchronising buttons on the rear of the ceiling operating unit that are used to re-synchroise the door opening closing.
