      Sorry bud do not know I figure it this way I do not have much at all either and one thing I have never seen is a U-Haul behind the Hearse carring you to your grave so what ever is left is up for grabs I will not be around to care.....

        If you don't have a home to leave to someone you don't need a living trust. Probate will take up to whatever the state you live in mandates.
