I haven't been here as much because I started a part time job, but I think there are some times where it seem like very few people are here.
Yes, I think there are a lot of repeat questions, and some that aren't very interesting as well. You always see this question,"How do I get my favorites back, along with a few dozen other computer questions. So it's a mixture of lack of interest, people being busier, and dull questions sometimes. I have to agree with you.

Yo Randy. I'm returning after a little time away and I agree with you pal. 90% of these questions can be answered on Google. I also notice that the majority of the new questions are asked by people with 0 karma who signed up that day...interesting. I think that this site has been programmed to automatically makeup a new "user name" and spit out a new question every 2-3 minutes. Many of these names are never seen again. ?????

From what I've seen lately, if all the dumb questions were removed, there would be no questions. I have to limit what I do remove just for this fact alone. The ones I do remove are the complete unanswerable ones. Some still slip by but those the people on at the time just have fun with.

I close-up shop kind of early (10:00 p.m.)so I answer most questions during the day. Some questions could not possible be for real. I don't like to open them. I did once and the question was from a real jerk. Colleen cut him off but good and I told him a few choice words myself.
It doesn't seem that people are losing interest in this site. I hope people don't lose interest. I really enjoy this. I just don't know any of the technical questions though I try.
