according to Hubble galaxies farther away are moving faster. when watching rugby you can observe a pass between two players who are stationary, and if you imagine each player as matter and the pass as a quanta of light then a stationary pass, when the players are stanging still, the pass travels a minimum length at a maximum speed.
If the players start jogging parrallel in a forward motion the pass travels a longer distance and if they are sprinting the distance increases. If they accelerate to the speed of light is this distance limited as it would seem logic dictates?(at least my flawed version of it)
