      I have acid reflux, it can be very deceiving and make you think heart attack. Sharp pain sometimes is attributed to pleurisy. heart attack warnings are pain in the left arm, jaw pain, teeth hurt, shallow breathing and of course chest pains.

      regardless what you find on the internet, we are not doctors, you have a concern about a body function that doesn't seem right, go to a doctor, urgent care if it is intense, right away..

        It could be acid reflux, it could be anxiety, it could be an enlarged heart, it could be anything. Get checked out by your doctor.
