Make sure your hand is well lubricated and as this is obviously your learning curve I suggest you use Vicks Vapour Rub as the lubricant.
Place your hand gently around the member and rub vigorously.

I was going to remove this question as it's more one that should be asked on a porn site but then I saw this..
