I've researched Sims and it appears the only way you can play their game is through download and membership. You may need more virtual memory on your computer (since the games are slow to load) and you may need to make sure your flash player is up to date as the games use flash to operate. I do not work if Sims nor am I a tech for them. I'm just giving you my best guess.
