I would not try it....do you want to be looking over your shoulder for a long, long time? What's the reason you are trying to dodge...do you think you may be implicated or targeted by somebody(s) for any testimony?...that would mean you are definitely stuck between a rock and a hard place! Weigh your options...think clearly and try to stay out of jail by dodging...good luck to you or to whomever you may be speaking for!

it is illegal to dodge a Subpoena from any state. You'll go to jail if you are pulled over and have an outstanding subpoena.
I could see how you could be nervous. which side of the desk are you on ? Just go take care of it so it doesn't chase you around forever. I been to grand jury hearings - both sides of the desk - no biggie, just tell the truth.
