Go to the Department of Motor Vehicles and get a duplicate title for a small fee.

Sorry, I'm not trying to be a smart a** I clicked on the answer button before I looked it up and then when I push answer this question your answer was already there. I hate it when that happens and it happens to me all the time. I'm getting senile.
