The most unbelievable aspect of Christianity is that Jesus came back from the dead! Yet, the proofs of it are well written by wittnesses. That Jesus existed is confirmed by many non Scriptual sources. He did more to change the course of mankind including restarting the calandar world wide. He never wrote a book or traveled out of his country. He fullfilled most ancient Hebrew or Old Testament propheses about the Messiah. And Christians are awaiting anxciously for his return.

    Hope this helps,

Christianity is derived from, based on and rooted in judiasm - it is described in Matt "it is not meet to take from the childrens mouths and cast it to dogs" : "the dogs eat the crumbs that fall off the masters table" : note the 'dog-collar' worn by christians. It is a mockery created by the jews, I binned it.

    cogito ergo sum

what a joke knowledge is. lack of knowledge would be more appropriate. jesus did not fullfill the conditions for a messiah prophesized by the old testament prophets. try reading the hebrew version of the old testaent and not the king james version and then maybe you will have the knowledge to understand why the jewish religion does not accept jesus as the messiah.

That each one of us is an individual, unique expression of God.

The most unberlivable is that it all happened openly and before a very small group of time (miracles, ten commandments, and the lot, in the presence and view of a small handfull of people. Then it was over not to be repeated in this way again.

Science has also become like a religion in today's world, as the old religions die out. Negative energy will always manifest something, but it's our goal to ascend to a higher vibration with love frequency despite all that goes on around us. We are trapped in the 3rd dimension but may ascend if you begin to understand. There are those that want us trapped in the 3rd dimension because they believe that they can have true power.. they will remain in this dimension for a long time.

What I find hard to believe is that mankind has not recorded the wounds the cross made on his shoulders. Everything else I accept without question. What would be the point of life without something to look forward to. most of our laws are based on religion

The things that have always made me think, "Hmmmm" are the ages given of people in Deuteronomy, and the miraculous things like walking on water, turning water into wine, and the nature of the Trinity. But here's the thing: all of the hard-to-believe things don't make the Bible untrue. I have learned that the ages of people can either be due to a difference in measuring age from then and from now, or to a possibility that people really did live longer. Also, if there were only commonplace events with Jesus, would he only be a carpenter and teacher? I see a lot of answers that espouse separating science and religion. Science is a kind of religion, just not in the minds of the really science-minded people. People haven't always needed hard proof. That does not mean folks from longer ago were ignorant. They were "swimming" in the waters of their day, and saw things differently. The Bible provides accounts of these things that were witnessed not just by one, but by many, and there is a long line of communication that went from person to person directly from then up until now.
So, lets not argue about whether science or religion need to be separated. Lets not argue over the merits of either. Faith is a component of a person that cannot be scientifically measured. It is a good exercise to examine religion because it is a very real and important aspect of life, whether one is a believer or not. I believe it is good for kids to be taught about both science and religion so that they can hone their minds to be more curious, more involved in their thinking. The more questions, the better.

Anything up to the time of Noah really. I'm a Christian, but I just see the first books of the bible as Christian Mythology (The Garden of Eden, The Great Flood etc.)

IN GENESIS ITS TAKEN AS GRANTED BY PUTTING THAT NOAH WAS SAVOURING LESSER CREATURES IN ORDER TO SURVIVE WHEN THERE WAS A GREAT FLOOD, THAT MAKES HIM MORE OF A DAEWIN'S MAN NOT A MESSIAH AND OF A KIND WHO CAN DO ANYTHING AND GET EXCUSED... AND ANOTHER IS WHEN ABRAHAM IS PUT TO TEST TO SACRIFICE HIS OWN CHILD IN ORDER TO PLEASE GOD WHICH IS IN OPPOSITE SATANIC AND HELLENIC ACTUALLY...THESE THINGS ARE BUT JUST A TRICK PUT ON A PAGAN PERIOD BY CONSTANTINE ON A BIBLE TO FANCY CHRISTIANITY AS A HIHGER RELIGION TO DIVERT THE COMING AGES

What is the most difficult for me to believe is all the detail in names, places, and events. Most people can't trace family history back more than 200 years more or less 2000 years.

how can all those born-again and evangelical christians be so vehemently anti illegal immigrants, who represent the poorest of our society, when their beloved jesus preached helping the poor? me thinks that these so called christians really do not believe in their god's teachings.
