        We're not the bissell company. I can't see through my computer to see what you have. Even insight can't help with that. So, didn't it come with instructions?

        A large number of electrical products today do not have access to the "workings" ie the motor but Bissell are alive and running so google bissell electrical then go to customer care/service.
