    Ashtanga- One of the oldest forms of yoga and the inspiration for all flow and vinyasa (breath connected movement)

    Bikram- If you're newer to yoga, you may like Bikram and Ashtanga for the consistency.

    Forrest yoga - work at a slower pace and are designed with protecting injury-prone and tight areas.

    Restorative Yoga- allowing the body to really relax and open up.
