    3. I did something to my computer that now doesn't allow me access to the internet. My PC is attached to a router and works fine. My laptop messages says: "Wireless caapability is turned off." and a second message stating: "A network cable is not properlly plugged in or may be broken." I know it's something that I did; but I don't know how to correct it. Help!!!

      Look at your laptop. There should be a small symbol that looks similar to this ((|)) except the straight line in the middle would be twice as long as I can type in here. If that is not lit, then your wireless capability is turned off.

      If your computer pad (bottom where the keyboard it) is touch capable, then you should be able to just touch it to turn it on. Or there may be a slide switch to turn it on. I do not know what computer you have.
