We have poms... They are on a strict diet of dry lamb and rice dog food and water. Never give a smell dog table scraps. We use dry dog food because it is better for thier teeth. Small breeds are prone to tooth loss. Small breeds do not obsorb nutriatns as well as larger dogs. And it is very easy to upset digestion as well as cause infection in the digestive tract.

I didnt think thier diet is any different to other dogs "I may be wrong" I do know that all DOGS should never eat chocolate so dont give chocolate to dogs as they could die if unsure speak to your Vet about their diet good luck mel

Yes that's right Mel, plus never give dogs onions in any shape or form (that means cooked or raw) and also never feed dogs grapes because the seeds have a similar chemical to cyanide in them.
