If you have the install program on computer #1 and your mem stick has enough memory to store that program you [rightclick/save] to that drive that the stick is located..

remove it and physically insert that mem stick to receiving compter #2

ant this point you have a choice of transferring that install program for the program onto #2 computer and installing there or simply install from your mem stick without transferring the install program to #2.

You do not need internet if you have the install program.

If the program for install is web-based, you can just go to the site with computer #1 and save the 'setup' or install' program to your chip and proceed to #2 from there.
