You can get a foam specifically designed for use around doors and windows which is marketed as such. It comes in a spray can, and is purposely designed for low expansion to lessen the likelyhood of window and door frames swelling out and jamming. I am not aware of anything in the nature of what you are talking about that can be poured. However, this does not mean such a product capable of being poured doesn't exist. Filling a cavity such as you mention would require the product having a long tube in order to reach the farthest or deepest points first, and filling it back to the point of access.
