    I have a son that is mently changed , He is 48yrs old, he lived with his real father. His father.

    rescuntly died. Now as his real mother am I entitle to have him come and live with me? As of now he lives with his stepmother in Orgon.

      Does someone have power of attorney over him that you know of? He's 48 yes old, an adult and if capable, should be able to decide who he wants to live with.
