    how does a father that not paying child support get custody

    my nice is have problems with her baby daddy he came and got the child over 3weeks ago and has yet to bring her back, he went to court without the mother knowledge. help please what can be done

      The mother needs a good lawyer and the assistance of the police if she has sole custody of the child. The courts will only rule in the father's favor if the mother is detrimental to the child health and mental well being. The courts almost always rule in favor of the mother so if the father managed to get sole custody the the mother apparently is doing something wrong.
