                        Colleen , dogs rolling in smelly stuff dates from their wild days, no not when they were party animals when their ancestors were in the wild. Just listen will you?
                        Dogs roll in smelly stuff to hide their own smell so they can sneak up on their prey undetected.

                        My dogs have no need to sneak up on prey. I feed them. They can stop rolling...well at least Digger can, Leroy's a good boy and does not roll.

                              We have 3 dogs that were strays and taken to our Animal Shelter.

                                I give my cats all kinds of different foods all the time. They are so fussy. That is the first thing I would ask. What the heck is up with you guys do you do this just to see how many bowls I will put out????

                                      I add stuff to their food just so they don't get bored eating the same old, same ol. Scrambled eggs mixed in one day, raw hamburger the next, a little chicken and veggies another day just to add variety to their basic dry food. You don't have to add a lot, just enough to keep it interesting.

                                      Make sure if you give them meat like beef, give it to them raw. Their systems can digest raw meat better than cooked. Their systems are not designed for cooked foods. Animals in the wild can't cook ;)
