    I'm making a tart that calls for melted apple jelly as a glaze, what can I use instead?

    Any jelly with pectin. Sugar dissolved in water would also work.

    Exactly nlnnet. I would take some confectioners sugar and add a little water to it and drizzle on the top of the tart.
