    if you have 16 golfers and every one plays in a foursome, how many foursomes will be necessary so that each player will be included in a foursome with every other player at least once.

    clever!
    Four (fore) can't be right as not every golfer would have played with every other golfer at least once.
    I calculated it by hand and came up with 35, but can't determine a formula that would give the answer.
