If Obama has his way, there will be, along with a tax on well water and a tax on miles driven by cars that do not use gas.

I wouldn't be surprised if Gillard pulled that one too. Someone from the greenies was saying we should be paying for the miles driven too. Really, those people should put their heads in a bucket of water and hold their breaths for half an hour, preferably longer.
