court case when judgement by default against me,send in court reponse section of summons,wrote the debt collection agent who were working for nat west bank asking more details of money owed, did not get reply back,could not defend my self without those figures!!
I am about to write to nat west to get those figures i believe its call stautory access and they must tell me by law, i was told by the DCAgents i would need to pay £1.00 re comsumer credit act but
it as nothing to do with that act,its purely some of money i paid back to nat-west the business loan
i had taken with them they were claiming over £31000.00 this was still owed re-dca figures put on the summons.thanks any help
