    If I were to go to Mexico

    I have some friends that are going on a cruise to Mexico They ask if I would like to join them I can not get a Pass Port Is it possible to go on this cruise if I dont get off the ship and don't have a Pass Port?

        no you can not go because homeland security law say;s anyone leaving the u s has to have a passport

          Yes you can if the cruise is going round-trip. Example: starts in San Diego ends in San Diego. You will need an original birth certificate. The cruise lines discourage it. But, ask your specific cruise line.

          Not true, there is a ID card available for travel to Mexico.

          Sorry, no passport no travel. I think that's the case with all countries. where are u resident?
