When you connect the printer to the PC, you can either type of the address for the envelope in Word Pad or MS Office. You will need to set the format to a #10 business envelope or whatever size you have. You may need to add how many inches down, over fromthe left or over from the right, up from the bottom (use a ruler) to be sure the address prints in the right spot on the envelope. Tell the printer to print on Landscape and not Portrait. The guides that hold the paper in the front of the printer will need to be changed by moving the lefthand guide over, slide an envelope (upside down) in the paper tray and push the guide up to the envelope until it holds it tight. Click on print.
