    The value in something is what it can do for you so if it is not working it has no value. Price? well that is a different kettle of fish. The price is decided by what people are prepared to pay and bear no resembalance to value.

    Well best I can figure out the value of anything is what another sees in it and is willing to give for it like they say one man's trash is another man's treasure, it just depends?
