    Windows Live keeps coming up on my computer, do I have to sign in and does it cost me money?

    Sometimes an ISP uses it for your internet service.

    Windows Live is free. It's on your computer because you or another user downloaded it. You need to sign in if you want to access the Windows Live services, like the Windows messenger or the Windows Hotmail.

    Actually, windows live came with my service pack (OS). I think it may come automatically with Windows 7. I hate it.
