      Yes. Though it can be a common occurrence you must and I emphasize MUST go to the clinic RIGHT AWAY if you want to keep this baby. Could be nothing or could be tubal pregnancy or miscarriage or anything.

        Yes.. many weman spot during the first trimester around the time the would have had thier period. However it is VERY IMPORTANT to contact your OB/GYN to let him/her know.
