      Sound like a blockage in the water line, that is unless it is turned off. Sometimes the freezer is set too cold for the climate and the water line can freeze causing blockage.

        poor you, maybe you should stick the water into ice cube trays and put in freezer. Or you could also ask for a refund or check your warranty, surely it's covered.
