I do not believe they make mobile homes anymore. Most of the northern states do not allow them unless they're grandfathered in which means they are older homes. The new cheaper home is modular homes and I do not know what are the better rated ones. This is research you're going to have to do on your own I think. Sorry but I do not get paid to do this and that's hours if not days of research.
