      Good luck. I have used Firefox for years until I installed FF4. It is so slow I've switched to Chrome which is very fast. Even reverting back to an older version of FF didn't help.

        Good info Flip, thanks. I use Firefox 4 as a backup to IE9. I also have Google Chrome to use as an alternative too.

          I belong to a online computer group and just heard that doing a complete uninstallation and then reinstalling an older version will help, but I haven't tried it yet because Google Chrome is so fast.

          Chrome is great I agree. It's just hard to get used to it after living with IE for so long. The bookmarks always throw me off.

          You don't. You probably need to clean out temporary files. Go to Control Panel and delete cookies and browsing history.
