Try heating up the road paint with a hair dryer and wiping it off. Make sure not to heat it up too hot, or your car's paint will come off too.

Try using hot water with some Softscrub cleanser and a sponge for teflon pans.

Try using rubbing compound, rubbing until the road paint comes off the car paint.

Get some plastic razor blades at an auto parts store. Try getting under the edge of the paint and peeling it off.
