I like tai chi, reading, fishing or getting in a nostalgic mood and listening to oldies r&B jazz etc.

Read a good book, work out, paint, listen to some music, watch a good movie, or go out on the boat? There are a lot of ways to relax, sometimes you do active things other times you can do inactive things...

Fishing, a glass of wine, a cold beer on a hot day, long talk with a friend, or just spending time with your family or friends.

I guess it just depends on what you're in the mood for?

Take a walk on the beautiful golden sand by the Pacific Ocean with my best mate, my dog. To watch her run into the waves brings a smile to my face no matter how I felt before the beach.

She runs out of the water and I swear blind she is laughing.

I like Just taking a nap after eating chocolate ice-cream, a nice nap where i think of nothing, and allow no thoughts to be passed, just a nice free nap :)
I also like taking a walk alone

cant beat a good book and yes I am going to say the beach it clears the cobwebs and if its winter curled up on the sofa in front of a fire with your jim jams on watching a movie and some H/D ice cream cant beat it
