    how long dose it take for acid reflux damage to repair

    iv lost my singing voice and thought it was nodules but examination showed vocal chords clear.im been treated for acid reflux. but voice has lost all power and range.

      I'm not a singer and one more bit of advice, change your diet. Diet has a lot to do with acid reflux. Breads are good for absorbing excess acid and drinking milk will coat your esophagus. Look on line for foods that cause acid reflux and stay away from them.

        4 to 8 weeks on proper medication. Consult your doctor if you haven't already done so.

          well thanhs you very much colleen, are you a singer to. i had nodules about 6 years ago and it feel's the very same no power no range and very bad air support. iv had the scope and doc says no nodules. hes treatin me for acid reflux but not been able to sing is a real drag. i do feel its gettin better but very slowley. any way thanks again for your comment, all the best fergal...
