      All men over 50 should have a PSA (Prostate specific Antigen)test every year. This is not very accurate but if your level is higher than normal other tests can be done.

        They get you to drink around 5 liters (1 Gallon +) of water.Hold it for about 2 hours,(Nearly bloody impossible!),Then do an ultrasound.(Quite painless.)Been there - Done that!

              It need to be done, but the ugly part came when the doctor say .... assume the position or bend over amigo ....ouch !
